Mini Quilt Holder 7in x 9in

$3.00

Originally inspired as a birthday gift for my fiancé, this beautiful mini quilt holder will hold mini quilts 180mm (7”) wide by 230mm (9”) tall.

This download includes the following:

-DXF files for the 3 unique pieces.

-1 SVG cut file for the project.

-STEP files for the 3 unique pieces.

-Brief instructions to fill in any gaps that were left in my youtube video regarding construction and assembly.

Note, while the walnut wood used for the project is stated as ¼” thick on the Home Depot website, it is actually 5mm thick in real life. The files are designed to work with this real life dimension. If the wood you use is of a different thickness, then you will need to adjust the tab and slots to compensate.

I used my Glowforge to cut the parts out, but you can use any laser cutter for this project. Using your own laser cutter could result in slightly different prints but there are gaps/tolerances used in the design files for my setup.

My Youtube video of this project has a list of all of the tools that you will need for this project. https://youtu.be/ZJ406GCWK9Y

Go make cool stuff!
